Mass PE:

In addition to our PE lessons, we also have Mass PE where students participate in various activities in the morning for a period. The aim of Mass PE is to provide additional platform for students to engage in endurance exercises to sustain fitness.

  • 2007: Hip-Hop Dance, Aerobics, Kick-Boxing & Skipping. We collaborated with external agencies to engage our students in the activities; eg Singapore Heart Foundation instructors trained our students in skipping. Endurance running involved them to run a few rounds around the school parameter.
  • 2008: Endurance running & Push Ball
